Breaking the Fast With Breakfast Breakfast is the most unpopular meal on the planet and even those who partake in the early bird meal sometimes grab the worm rather than the apple. In my experience, most overweight individuals don't like breakfast. In fact, I used to detest breakfast. I was a 'Give me a Diet Coke' person.
